Pre-Order Delivery Timeline

Orders will ship approximately 4–6 weeks after your order is placed.

Shipping timelines may vary based on production, fulfillment volume, and carrier delays.

 


 

All Sales Final – No Returns

All products are limited release and made exclusively for this drop.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns for refunds once an order has been completed.

 


 

No Exchanges

Due to limited inventory and made-to-order quantities, we cannot offer:

  • Size or item exchanges

  • Color changes

  • Product swaps

Please review all sizing, product details, and order information before checkout.

 


 

No Order Modifications or Address Changes

To maintain an accurate fulfillment process, we cannot update or cancel orders once they are placed. This includes:

  • Address corrections

  • Size changes

  • Item changes

  • Adding or removing items

  • Canceling an order

Please ensure all information is correct prior to submitting your order.

 


 

Incorrect or Defective Items (Eligible for Return)

In the rare event that you receive the incorrect item or a product that is defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue and your packing slip

  • Eligible orders will be replaced at no additional cost

Incorrect or defective items are the only exceptions to our no-return policy.

 


 

Customer Responsibility for Entering Correct Information

Customers are fully responsible for entering correct shipping information at checkout.

We cannot guarantee delivery or offer refunds for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

 


 

Carrier Delays

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, customs, or high-volume periods.

These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.

 


 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages that occur during transit.

If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to file a claim.

 


 

Gift Purchases

All policies apply to gift purchases as well.

All sales are final for gifts. No exceptions.

 


 

International Orders & VAT

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for any VAT, import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by your country

  • These charges are not included in your order total

  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being held, returned, or destroyed

  • We cannot refund orders affected by customs refusal or nonpayment

We also are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or inspection-related issues.
