I was 16 on tour with my band From First To Last and we were playing Salt Lake City. there was a record store called “Mechanized” (RIP) right next door to the venue. The guy running the shop was super nice and eager to play me records and was far from the snobby reputation the underground drum and bass scene was getting at the time.
